Kryptex Golf Carts 1 Year Limited Warranty

NEW VEHICLE - 1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY - NATIONAL. This limited warranty covers conversions to new vehicles, replacement parts, and approved workmanship issues under normal use conditions.

Eagle brand chargers are covered for a period of three (3) years. Curtis Instruments brand controllers are covered for a period of two (2) years. Lead Acid Batteries are covered for a period of eighteen (18) months. Lithium Batteries are covered for a period of four (4) years.

Warranty Replacement Parts Will Be Sent Only

• After the issue has been reviewed and approved by our team
• When the claimed part falls within the applicable warranty period
• When the customer provides requested photos, videos, or other support details

This Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear items
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, collision, abuse, or unauthorized modification
• Improper maintenance, improper charging, or non-approved parts and accessories
• Transportation damage not reported promptly
